Richard Rosen, CEO, is an expert in the calling applications industry and its relationship to local search. With more than 20 years of direct marketing experience, Rosen served as Vice President, Business Development, at both Jambo and CallSource, each a pioneering firm in the pay-per-call and call measurement spaces, respectively. At Jambo, Rosen oversaw product initiatives and the development of JAN, the Jambo Advertising Network. At Callource, he spearheaded initiatives to provide call tracking to leading firms, including AutoTrader.com, Cars.com, Verizon Yellow Pages, AOL, Google, Switchboard, ReachLocal, Perform Local, and Citysearch. Rosen writes frequently on pay-per-call and call tracking issues, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Amy Rabinovitz, CMO, oversees marketing for FastCall 411. Rabinovitz is a veteran of the local telephony sector, dating back to the early '90s when she managed Dial Houston for the Houston Chronicle, She has extensive startup experience, having served as marketing strategist for Hearst Corp's. foray into new media, branding strategist for Knight Ridder's Real City Network, and as national marketing strategist for print-on-demand publisher iUniverse. In addition, Rabinovitz has served as an analyst with Classified Intelligence, providing background on the VoIP and local marketplaces to media and classified companies.
Rashmi Nigam, Director, Product Development, leads product development vision and will apply her newly-minted UCLA MBA skills to strategic planning and modeling. Nigam served as Product Manager at eHarmony for three years; there, she led a team of 40+ in building a new concept from launch to Version. 2.0. She also managed operations, marketing and product as co-founder of entrepreneurial venture, Metromela.com. Previously, she served at Warner Music in Burbank. Nigam received an MS in information systems at Northeastern University and a BS in chemical engineering.
David B. Haber, Corporate Counsel, is a member of the Tech Group and Corporate Finance Practice Group at Lowenstein Sandler. Haber has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and angel investments, with an emphasis on buying and selling venture-backed companies, and representing VCs and entrepreneurs in venture deals. Haber is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University Business School. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler in 2005, he practiced in the Silicon Valley office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and the Silicon Valley office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
