Is FastCall411 free?
Calls are free to the consumer. While we are in our beta, calls to merchants are also free. Eventually, businesses will be asked to pay for the consumer calls we send them.
What do you do with my phone number?
Callers are asked to input their phone number so that FastCall411 can call them back when the business answers the phone. Once the call is completed, FastCall411 maintains the number in our records only for the purpose of analyzing call traffic. From time to time, while we are in beta, we might call a user for the purpose of determining the usefulness of the service. We never sell the phone numbers or call the consumer back for other sales purposes.
Are you only in Los Angeles area?
For purpose of our beta, we are only in the LA metropolitan area. We will be rolling out nationally very quickly.
Are the categories I see the only categories available?
Again, for the purpose of our beta, our categories are limited. We will be adding categories frequently.
Are my calls monitored?
FastCall411 monitors the connection rate, and length of calls, but not the content of calls made to services.
Are the businesses recommended by FastCall411?
FastCall411 does not guarantee or warrant the work of any business in our directory. We have found, however, that what most consumers want when they need a service fast is a business that answers the phone (as opposed to an answering machine), that is available to help meet an immediate need, and that has a reputation for quality work. FastCall411 already saves the caller the time it takes to call several businesses and find one that is available to help immediately, and will soon be adding a rating system of businesses by users.
